[TechAssist] Customizing desktop icons

Hello , can someone tell me how to change my desktop icons ? I realize
windows gives me a few icons to choose from and I can use another programs
icon if I want , but it would be great if I could cut and past etc. exactly
what I need for an icon. Is there an icon program out there that would alow
me to do this?..................Charlie
