[TechAssist] Craig model # PC1342 need info

This set belongs to poor people. It is on TV and needs to be switched to
Cable. I can get into the menu but there is no switch in the menu. I think I
need a remote with the cable button on. Does anyone have anything on this?
Also the color has to be all the way up to look decent and unplugging it
puts it back to looking pale. Sound like the micro is bad but I never saw
one of these before. Thanks.
