I was told It had to do with the actual color that blue is the hardest 
color for the human eye to detect and the hardest for a projo to produce 
thus the blue gun is driven harder. But this doesn't explain why the 
other manufactures blues aren't cracking??? Or older Nap's were okay.
Just my 2 cents.................
