| directly to the public. Also, with OEM software, the manufacturer of the
| software relinquishes the responsibility of waarranty or technical
| support, by handing those over to the system builder. According to Ebay
| rules, someone selling an OEM software must also include a piece of
| hardware to go along with it. Strange how they don't care if the
| hardware works or not. The hardware is supposed to be something that
| installs inside the computer such as RAM or a hard drive or motherboard
| but not an external peripheral such as a mouse or a USB cable.
