My wife uses the computer at home for making Web pages and for animation.
She is frequently installing additional software and has had to use the
restore feature quite a bit. It always worked except once and then she had
to do a format and install, and then install all that software again. She
keeps the finished product on a second hard drive so all thats lost is some
time.
