[TechAssist] Computer help needed, where does the file CDRTC.dll reside?

I have a customers computer in, he can't get Direct CD to install, the first
error is " Can't find CDRTC.dll ", I downloaded the file from
DriverGuide.com but don't know where it should be copied to. Could someone
with Windows 98 please search their system for this file and give me the
path?
