[TechAssist] Citizen JCTV3225X Made by Orion.

Anyone have any experience on these new Orion sets, or a schematic.
Need to get educated on the Power Supply.
I have a set here that is completely dead. No relay click. I think this
relay is for the degaussing only. I did find ma problem on a Toshiba
that used a similar chassis as this, where D512 was leaky.
Any help for these cassis appreciated.
