Chipper Check is Thomson's (RCA) program to interface with their tv's to
make adjustments and perform some diagnostics. It's use is for chassis
ctc178,179,185, 188, 189, 195, 197, 203 the MM, DTV and other new chassis.
It can also be used to upload, download and reinitialize eeproms in the
ctc177 series chassis. There is an interface box that goes with it to
connect it directly to the chassis. You can get it from TCE publication. I
can get the contact info if you need it.
