Actually it's REAL benefit is downloading the old convergence to the new board....ever try to converge a unit with "AutoConvergence" or "Flash Focus" or "Self Focus" etc??? IT's A PAIN!! And most if not all PTV's have this..... Now I find this from Scott Beebe interesting, it may be our answer as to why the ITC 222 wouldn't upload.
