[TechAssist] Chip kit for JVC- AV36302AR

Info to save others time with this problem, set comes in dead, tips say to
install 2001TV-CPUKIT to fix. This kit only works on
certain sets. Does not work in an AV36302AR, right number for micro chip is
MN1876478JW IC700 (or IC1701) in parts.
