symptom: dead set

fix:micom and eeprom must match use micro number to order proper eeprom

1703:eeprom v1...........24c16 (red dot)  pt#ita24c16-1
1703:eeprom v2...........24c16          pt#1at24c16-2

symptom:dead no high voltage indication of overheating possible plastic
odor;

fix:replace all flyback transformers on tv's of this model high potential
for failure.
