CTC203AX, RCa 27" TV
Symptom : No power when power button pushed.
has standby it seems, has clock and data to eeprom it seems.
Changed
eeprom, checked tuner for bad solder.
Fixed: replaced Q14104, random questionable solder on
regulators and HOT
section(not area specific, just general bad solder), new
eeprom
