[TechAssist] CTC195 - Pro-Jo - Int. Sound

This set is in the customers home. I am going out in a few days to check it.
They tell me the audio cuts out at times, sometimes for just a few seconds,
other times as long as 15 minutes. Nothing turns up in the database. Anybody
had this problem?
