[TechAssist] CTC185AB picture piecrusting

Hello Gang,
This set, after warmup , gives a wavy picture with audio humm. Q 4114
regulator runs hot. I have replaced power regulator kit (part # 231523) to
no avail. Has anyone seen this problem?
