Got the SMPS going but its 157 volts on col of H/O without turn on. When I
press ON it goes down but set turns off and it goes back up. The Horz.
derived voltage come up for a moment but go right back down, which means its
trying to start.I'm wondering if my orginal 157 volts is too high? I got to
change a few of the (required) caps yet but would anyone have any tips on
this one.
