Bruce,
What's the model number?
If this tuner has the three inputs, be sure you are inputting to one of the
antenna connectors.

Subject: [TechAssist] CTC169CA6 Tuner Problem? (Eprom?)

After this set is auto programmed there is snow on most channels. This may
be a defective tuner? I checked the data base and the only tip is CR4712
bad. This turns out to be a 9 volt regulator diode. The 9 volt is their. All
tuner voltages are good including the 33 volt. . I was wondering if any one
had any other tips on this condition before pulling the tuner.
I was also wondering if it could be the "EPROM", and if so, does any one
have the "file", (EPROM) they could send.
thanks for your time,
Bruce.
