[TechAssist] CTC169BG chassis. Has a horizontal line across the screen, when first powered on.

Has anyone seen this before?
Vertical circuit checks out good, cannot find any faults!
This set, when first turned on, has a line across the middle of the screen,
while the relay degausses, then the vertical comes up good. Does it every
time.
Any known components to check out for this? Thanks. David.
