CTC169 chassis. Customer complains of loss of vertical to about 4 inches and distorted audio when this happens. Did the in house call, changed CR4118 and the caps in the primary of the switch mode. Didn't actually see it act up in her house. Tapped the chassis thoroughly and saw no bad solder but did a bunch anyway. Left her place, my cell phone rings 10 minutes later, set NG. Any ideas ? This thing is in a huge upright cabinet and weighs a ton. It must somehow be tied to both the vertical and audio. That's why I suspected power supply. HELP ! I really don't want to have to bring this tank in to my shop !
