David,

Here's a tip, on a problem I had with a CTC167, with blank raster and
retrace lines. Check for 5v on base of Q5004 located on video board on
picture tube. Had no 5v here, backtracked to 5v source, had no 5v source, 5v
source comes off of 12v source, checked voltage on Q4106 (12v run reg.), had
12v here, but none on diode CR4118. Replace CR4118 to solve.
