Push power button clicks on with HV for about 1 second clicks off, push
button again same thing .Do not have to unplug to reset.
Notice R14509 is discolored it reads 223 ohms out of circuit is this
correct? K of cr14106 has 139.7 vdc on it in standby mode and cr14107
has17.1vdc on it's K.
