Larry, it isn't the person shipping the item in the US who sees the $25-
3.00 fees, it is the customer in Canada. Like I mentioned before, when
shipped via the post office, the fees are not all that high. It is when
UPS is the courier that causes all the problems. Other couriers are not
good, but not as bad as UPS for charging the brokerage fees. Sometimes
when I receive a postal package from a US seller, the package comes
right to my door in the mail. Other times, I have to go to the post
office to pick it up and to pay them $5.00 to 8.00 brokerage fee.
Usually if the package is worth $10.00 or less, there are no brokerage
fees.
