[TechAssist] CAP KIT FOR HC3041 3 LINE DIGITAL Comb filter

Tom is there a kit for these? The caps are bad in it would just as well
change them all. Some of the caps are non polarized 10uf@16v SMD. Can I sub
polarized for non polarized and will it matter
which way the are install if so?
Any help would be appreciated
