I think these Broksonics were all alot similar in design. Unsolder 1 Leg off the Diode accross the Coil (Power) Leeds of the Relay....check for leakage. Also trace where the Relay gets its power from on the B+ Side (Neg of the Diode)....if it leads to a Small Switch type transistor, I have seen where these will show leaky too, or may check ok on the DMM, but has Low Gain - usually close, but not enough to Drive a Relay. If one is questionable, change both. Then was able to turn on power and after a few seconds could see snow and OSD on the crt. Current was 1/4 amp but it was slowly rising and I cut it off when it got to 1/2 amp. Could not find anything wrong so powered it up again but now relay just clicks quickly in and out when power button is pressed. While the relay is in I can see H/V sweep with a scope. Do not have a schematic. Anyone had experience with this model?
