Sharp TV model 27G-S60
I need a Back Cabinet.
As the customer was loading it to bring it to the shop,he said the Back
just cracked.
When he brought it in,sure enough,the Back was Cracked and 2 Small pieces
of it came off.
I pulled the Screws out to remove the Back and as I removed it, it Cracked
some more.
It's like the whole back has been frozen with Freeze spray........ one Flex
and it Breaks.
I repaired the Vertical problems it had and when I picked up the Back to see if
I could piece it back together,it fell into 3 pieces.
I have 3 pieces here to try and re-assemble.
Acetone seems to be 'melting' it together somewhat,but I know this is never
going to Hold.
I thought about buying some of the Insta-Plastic Repair stuff,if my fellow
techs
out there think it would hold.
I've never seen a Back so Brittle.
The Front Cabinet is just as Brittle,as I can see cracks in IT.
The Long Shot is,does anyone have one of these Backs ???
The Longer Shot is,does anyone have one of these Fronts ???
