Subject: [TechAssist] Bounced again today

On Monday, Kevin Wilks asked a question about Telematic jigs.
I replied at 8:41 pm. on the 23rd.
This morning the 25th, at 3:29am it was returned as undeliverable.
Bounced again today 2/27.

My mail is set to reply in the same format as the one I'm reading so it
shouldn't be a format problem but I checked to be sure it wasn't somehow
changed to html, it wasn't.
They seem to bounce like that once in a while for no apparent reason.

While checking, I discovered that all the mail from the list, that I
checked, was in Western European ISO. So I went looking to see what mine
was set for since I remember seeing a Western European Windows selection
also. I discovered that all my computers (2 XP and 2 W98) are set for ISO
apparently automatically as a default Windows setting, because I've never
changed any of those settings.

Does anyone know why Outlook Express is not set to Western European Windows
as a default?
It would seem to be the logical factory setting since what we are using is
called Windows. What is the difference and what would you use the Western
European Windows setting for?
