Philip,
I did the same thing, Blocked my own email.. It got so bad here with
the junk/porn mail, I even tried blocking words and that does not even
work..Example blocked the word Viagra, next day it comes thru as Via/\gra.
{unless someone is trying to tell me something}.. I found out my servers
like most, have email axcess from there server. Before coming to work I
check mail at home and delete what I don't want, and that saves lots of time
for me.. They should have a no spam list, like the phone#'s
