Tritronics has. I've returned two defective flies to them over a year ago...no questions asked, they credited me after the second one. Best thing to do is talk to Kevin, if you have a problem. Remember though, these guys have to protect themselves against the ones that order a part on a guess. If you know of a supplier that does let me know. Hopefully it goes to the right people. Pretty hard these days for any supplier to guarantee their IC's, but when problems are posted, such as yours, they can take the appropriate action. The thing that gets me sometimes, and not mentioning any names, the supplier won't give you Warranty, because they had been Installed".??? That's when I get me dander up. -Ed- Tel-Tek Electronics Ontario-Canada teltek3@xxxxxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: <gulftech@xxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, March 13, 2004 4:41 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Bad vertical outputs LA7832 > Techs, > > Working on a JVC AV27920.
