[TechAssist] Audiovox CD2772 no vol adj

AudioVox (compact stereo)
CD2772
Problem the volume will not adjust just remains at a contstant level,
all other functions work properly. Does anyone know of a reset or a buliten
on this fault, even work on audiovox?, or just consign it to the abyss as a
bad processor not worth the time of replacing?
