[TechAssist] Audiovox AVT-1475 12VDC TV, push power,LED lights, otherwise dead,fuses,HOT,etc. OK

Checked overall chassis for bad solder, bad HOT,regs,fuses,etc. Power 
LED is dimly lit in standby (with the 12VDC cord attached and 
live.)lights up brighter is power pushed,but that's all.
 HOT collector VDC has about  7 VDC standby, 10VDC in "on" state.
Neeeeeeeed input! (or print)
