Well, I understand from another email it really is a Daewoo model DTQ2040FC. The STR30130 looks original. I wonder if a warranty repairman maybe put in a 30130 which of course outputs at 130VDC instead of your part at 110VDC. But I can't see it working like that these years. I could "buy" a Q801 failure, or electrolytic in the PS. I tapped the chassis and saw an arc in the picture when I tapped the relay. Bad contacts?
