[TechAssist] Re: Attacking you?

Disconnect...

Detach man, nothing personal. Nobody's attacking you,
lighten up. This business is going down the drain
because many of us don't wanna improve our skills and
learn how to talk right about them. I'm no better than
any of you and I constantly try to improve both my
skills in communication and as a tech. Nothing but old
farts like me left, no young blood coming in anymore.
Why? we can't afford to pay them a decent salary and
give them benifits. Why? Because most of us let the
manufacturors walk all over us and demean us with low
warranty rates, etc. Organizations like NESDA are no
help because they sleep with the manufacturors.
