Did you try thr repair clinic.  If they don't list your brand you can email 
them and they're
pretty good about helping find the part for ANY appliance.

I have a commercial grade upright refrigerator/freezer that I need the water 
filter cap for.
It's been
misplaced and no place can find the model number or this part.
This is just the cap the filter sits in.
