Only specs available around say:
900/600v 5A 50W HFE: 8-30 (they do not mention the damper
diode and the base-emitter resistor you can see in the schematics'
drawing). I DO NOT TRUST THOSE SPECS, too low collector voltage
for a HOT, if I were you I would sub with a fairly high gain unit,
like 2sd2578, 99.99999% chance of success...but if you have
anything between d1878 and d1881 handy give it a try, if it
runs cool you're done
