[TechAssist] Apex CTV Model AT2002/CN12C1 chasis

A customer brought in this tv which when powered on all there is on the
screen is a red key symbol on the bottom left corner. Probably in child
lock but I can't figure how to get out of this mode.I have tried
numerous combinations on the remote to try to remove but can't get it
out of child lock.Does anyone here know what buttons to press on the
remote to get it out of child lock?Thanks.
