I have had one or two shipping/order issues from several distributors,but it turned out to be more due to the shipping dept. I think they all hire younger folks (I call them kids) and things go wrong. If they can't get a sandwich order right at a Wendy's expect some problems shipping.But usually Vance Baldwin will call back and correct it, and eat shipping as an "I'm sorry".
