Those little "gizmos" are a resistor/cap network. I seem to remember that it is basically a high value 2.2 meg resistor in parallel with a high value .001 cap. I have always been able to rob one out of the boneyard on the few ocassions I've needed one. You could always rob this gizmo out of a lower priced isolation block if you can't find a used one.
