A friend of mine who is another servicer just had the PTH5498 that had
convergence amp IC failure along with open pico fuses cause by a bad
convergence generator module. After repair, there is a screen jig template
used for aligning the geometry and convergence.

The part number for the convergence generator module is BP95-00146H.

The convergence amp ICs were STK392-040, Samsung part # 1201-001225.

The part number for the 3.5 amp pico fuses is 3601-001065.

The part number for the screen jig alignment template is JIG-54SCREEN.

it is an 8,  may of '02,   have you ever changed the DCU on one of these,
customer decided to leave it with me,  refused the 300.00 estimate ?   said
he could buy a new one for 500 bucks from Wallmart,   so guess its mine to
try and re-sale,  what a messed up world.
