[TechAssist] ATTN: car audio techs,need help on Alpine CDA-7840,inter low sound

My unit, don't do much car audio TV/ vcr tech.
Alpine model: CDA-7840 manf 1999 AM-FM CD have replaced audio output
ic:TDA7386 also resolder some iffy connections, no schematic.The input (too
the audio out ic ) and line output level output will go very low sometimes,
the mute and stby pins don't change when this happens.Uses a TEA6320 as
audio controller the input pin 13 does not change when problem occurs the
output ( pins 3,4 29 & 30 ) decrees in amplitude dc stays unchanged.Is there
a history of this IC being interment or is there tips for this problem?
Unit will play fine for days then act up, passes vibration test.Help.tia
