Did you replace the HOT with an exact original part, or did you sub it? The best and most reliable would be to get an original part from the monitor manufacturer. Also, if there is an electrolytic cap in the primary circuit of the horizontal driver transformer, replace it even if it checks ok. Remove the solder from the hor. driver transformer and resolder. There may also be specific tips for this model but I don't have any info.
