[TechAssist] A different Sony IK TV problem fixed.

Had KV32XBR48 Sony TV--Picture would blank out --looked like IK problem, but
front LED did not blink
on/off. May get pix back for short time with screen control, but would not
last long. When bad, set had blank raster with
retrace lines (may have faint pix). CRT IK voltages looked about right.
Found problem to be jungle chip IC351 CXA2025AS
on main board.
