Guy came into the parts store once,carying the neck of a crt, seeking "neck
glue". Like the part where ya sent tghe guy to Radio Shack. Any complaints
from them.
I recommend the most expensive asc in the area! al

I was really confused trying to figure out what the heck he was looking for

neon bulb, or LED or something). He comes walking back in with a towel
wraped around the back neck of his 27" kv27ts31 picture tube. He somehow
managed to snap off the heater/gun assembly without shattering the rest.
After I recovered from disbelief I told him I don't carry them and to try
Radio Shack. I just didn't have the heart to tell him he ruined his tv and
if he brought it in I could have saved him the probable wrath of his wife.
