Hi Guys
We have a Citizen Model JCTV3034 which was damaged
by a voltage surge..Set will turn on and works ok but will
not turn off..when the off is pushed nothing happens..
Replaced 2 electrolytics but still not working...
anyone have a PDF of this chassis..any suggestions would be appreciated
this may be a Canadian chassis
