[TechAssist] 27" Magnavox no Picture,no Sound, no OSD

This thing is only 6 months old.
model 27ms345s
no chassis # found
man. July 2003
Customer's complaint was it had no Audio originally.
He called 'help line',they said unplug it for 15 minutes to Reset it.
When he plugged it back in, it wouldn't even come on.

He's close but not exactly.........
No picture,Sound or OSD on Tuner or A/V input.
HV is OK.
Vertical Deflection is OK.
Filament is OK.
Turning up Screen Control(G2) produces Blank Raster.

All voltages seem fine on PS Secondary Rectifiers,any TO220
regulators(5v,9v,12v),B+ is on Audio Output also.

Stand-by Light comes on at Plug-in.
Both Power Switch and Remote will turn the set on(stand-by light goes 
out)............
..........more troubleshooting...........

The Set turned on with the Remote fine but no Audio.
Channels changed(Blue Screen til I hit an active channel), had 
reception,OSD.....
......everything but Sound.
Turned set Off,and back On.......Blank Raster,no Sound no OSD.
Haven't been able to get it to come back on properly
