[TechAssist] 2002 Xbox, won't read games/dvd. CD audio ok.have cleaned.

Have cleaned lens, plays audio cds with no skipping or dropout, won't
recognize dvd or ordinal Xbox games.Have removed CD unit don't see any
alignment controls on cd player unit or main pcb, were are they located are
there two sets like Sony PS2?
