I have 2 of these toshiba MD19N3 TV/DVD combo units from the same customer. Failed within 3 days of each other. Both had the tray problem, fixed the trays. Now they both say "incorrect Disk". When I remove the disk they say "No Disk", so the unit is seeing a disk when they are in. Is there a user setting to change the region code or something like that?
