You probably will need to experiment with different value resistors to get
gray scale close but, to start with take three 18 k ohm 1/2 watt resistors
connect one each to red, green and blue cathodes and connect the three loose
ends together.
this will defeat ik blanking most of the time but if you have a weak crt the
gun that is the weakest will require a higher value resistor maybe 27 k or
more
if you have 25 - 50 k ohm potentiometer or rheostat  try using it in place
of resistor on the weakest gun to adjust for best gray scale then replace
with resistor
