Hi Charles:
The cable company here only goes to Channel 57 for the regular cable,
then they go to your pay channels, like (HBO, TMC, Showtime, etc), I
don't pay for those channels,
I've soldered and got out the magnifying glass and still have channels 51
to 57 snowy, can't find any solder splash. Channels 98 and 99 are ok.
