[TechAssist] 1990 20" Mits/Electrohome, HUM ?

I have a 1990 Mits/Electrohome model 50CJ11 Chassis # VL-B-C47R. The set has
a rolling flicker or wide hum bar rolling thru the pix. Almost like when
your color phase is out by a little. Any ideas ?
