Hej man, i have some suggestions about the testing report.
Since it will be THE document on which we will be graded, what do you
think about making it a bit more complete, attractive and interesting to
read. As i read it i thought it was really good, but a bit too formal..

What do you think about putting some fun stuff, for example one picture
of our team, and then a picture of everyone at the top of everyone's
personal report?

This is for the informal stuff.

I also think that what we should do is a comparison between:
the project we thought will be done - what we got
the planning we did - how we followed it
how the team worked - how it would have worked if we had to redo it now

and finally we could do some soft critics, like:
the labs didn't help a lot
we didn't understand the real objective of the project (at least i
didn't), thinking that it was a computer science project. Actually it is
more of a management-organisation-reports kind of project.

Be free not to follow any of these suggestions
if i have some others, i'll send them to you

Alex
