[team33] [Plan] let's start

Now that the first deadline is over, we have to organize ourselves for
the next one, which comes actually pretty fast!
Martin you're the responsible for it, as we have to discuss with Jonas
about his role as a knowledge manager. You have to decide about meetings
and organization (how many meetings you want, who will help you and how,
what's the aim of this deadline).
Let's do a meeting on monday or tuesday! put a note in the calendar
(kou.homeip.net) at place when you can come.
the best one will be chosen after.
And please, be more motivated than for the first deadline! Some people
have not been to any meeting at all, which isn't good.
Even if it's not part of your role, i'm sure that some crucial
information about the whole project has already been discussed.
Also i've spoken to many leaders about the organization, and some did a
kind of "group contract" which will be some kind of rules that you agree
to respect during the wole project (what if someone is late, what if
someone doesn't work at all and let the others do, what if someone needs
help...), so think about it, i think that it is really useful. Bring
your ideas next week, or mail to the mailing list
(team33@xxxxxxxxxxxxx).
Also one thing that everyone should do is read and understand the
requirement specification, which is now the basis for the project!
